(1) Do you close the gates if it gets full?
Yes. Due to the high interest in this series, we are expecting to sell out. If vehicle parking sells out, we have an overflow lot and extra lawn space for individuals who would like to walk in and sit on a chair or blanket.
(2) Do you recommend bringing chairs and a radio to sit outside?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your chairs or radio. Insect repellant is encouraged!
(3) Does the show go on if it rains?
If it rains, the show will be rescheduled for that month’s rain date. Rain dates are as follows:
May 27, June 24, July 29 and August 26.
(4) Can you bring food in from the outside?
You may bring in food and beverages. You are responsible for your own trash. Please bring a trash bag, and we have a dumpster that you can use right outside the gate of the track. Just dump your bag in the dumpster upon leaving. No grilling is allowed. However, we will have concession vendors with very tasty hot dogs, corndogs, french fries, popcorn, and other assorted goodies.
(5) Can I bring my dog?
Yes, pets are allowed as long as they are well behaved, don’t disturb others and are kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pet
(6) Do you accept credit, debit cards or checks?
This is a cash only event. Please plan accordingly.
(7) Can I view the movie from my truck bed or leave my hatch up?
Your vehicle hatch cannot be higher than the roof line of your vehicle. Please be mindful that people have to be able to see over the roof of your vehicle. Once parked, you will be permitted to turn your vehicle around so as to view from your trunk or truck bed.
(8) Can we bring a bus?
We encourage you to contact us in advance if you are planning to bring a bus. Buses will be allowed to park in the overflow parking lot and passengers will be required to pay $5 per person.
